For Restaurant Onder de Linde, Omega prepared a parking demand and supply assessment and surveyed parking occupancy around Prinsesselaan 22 in Bergen.
The project
The plan involves converting a restaurant with a flat above into three apartments. For Restaurant Onder de Linde, Omega assessed how this change of use would affect parking demand.
Parking following a change of use
Omega compared parking demand for the existing and proposed uses, based on municipal parking standards and the times when residents and visitors park.
Surveying the surrounding area
Omega carried out four parking occupancy surveys in the streets around the building. The surveys, conducted on weekdays and at the weekend, were included in the advice alongside the parking assessment.
