The project
For the conversion of the Silo building at De Brouwerij in Hengelo, Omega investigated parking demand for the housing programme. Bramer commissioned the study.
Omega calculated rental and owner-occupied options, carried out parking occupancy surveys and compared the calculated demand with available spaces on site and in the public realm.
