The project
For the redevelopment of the property at Van Halenwijnlaan 2-4 in Voorburg, Omega prepared a parking demand and supply assessment on behalf of Spectrum Invest. The existing uses were compared with the new residential programme.
Using occupancy surveys at different times, Omega investigated whether the additional parking demand could be accommodated in public areas. The report relates the counts to municipal parking policy.
