The project
De Star is a housing development by WDevelop in collaboration with Vidomes and the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg. The plan includes 173 homes: 65 owner-occupied homes and 108 social rented homes in a green residential setting.
Omega investigated parking and mobility demand and developed a shared mobility concept and appropriate mobility standards. The commission also included the design of car and cycle parking facilities, including a high-quality cycle storage facility.
The advice supported the design and the justification for the permitting process.
