Parking garages and surface car parks
We design and optimise the layout of parking spaces, circulation aisles and access points. Capacity, circulation and connections to the building or surrounding area are considered together.
Assessment against NEN 2443
We assess parking facility designs against NEN 2443 and identify points requiring attention. The assessment helps determine necessary changes and opportunities for design optimisation.
Cycle parking and other facilities
We determine demand and develop the layout of cycle parking facilities. Depending on the users, we also include space for cargo bikes or mobility scooters, for example in residential developments with care facilities.
Mechanical parking and car lifts
Where space is limited, we investigate mechanical parking or car lift solutions. We advise on integration and consider how the system fits the design and intended use.
Circulation and swept paths
We show how vehicles access and use a site or garage. Swept-path simulations and visualisations help assess manoeuvring space, design options and routes to the entrances.
