De Zalmhaven
Omega prepared the parking and mobility assessment and worked on the design and assessment of De Zalmhaven's parking facility.
The project
De Zalmhaven comprises three residential towers and townhouses in Rotterdam's Scheepvaartkwartier. The design includes a five-storey parking garage with 456 spaces.
Omega's work consisted of a parking and mobility assessment, design and assessment against NEN 2443.
