Zeist Town Hall mobility plan
Omega investigated mobility needs, parking capacity and travel patterns around Zeist Town Hall and developed a management and business plan.
The project
The study was prompted by the possible accommodation of around one hundred employees in the town hall. The municipality wanted insight into capacity, demand, bottlenecks and potential solutions.
Omega investigated current parking conditions, the mobility network and travel patterns, and explored alternative mobility options. Policy frameworks and contractual arrangements were also assessed.
The study included scenarios, a management and business plan, a presentation and strategic advice.
