The project
For Covast Development, Omega prepared a parking demand and supply assessment for the redevelopment of a workshop at Kaatsbaan 24 in the centre of Maarssen.
The study compares parking demand for the existing and proposed uses. The assessment considered opportunities to offset existing demand, appropriate parking standards and the use of public parking spaces.
