The project
For the proposed housing on the former printing works site on Rietgrachtstraat in Arnhem, Omega investigated parking demand for different residential options on behalf of Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling.
The parking demand and supply assessment is substantiated by municipal standards, car ownership, accessibility and shared mobility options. Traffic generation and the implications for site access were also calculated.
