The project
For Dalpha Real Estate, Omega carried out a preliminary appraisal of parking operation in Schalkwijk. The study supports decisions on replacing an existing car park as part of the shopping centre's redevelopment.
The calculations bring together investment, maintenance, operating costs and parking income. Different tariff and return scenarios show the assumptions under which the car park could be operated.
