Omega developed the parking demand and supply assessment, garage design and management and business plan for Harbourpark.
The Harbourpark proposal combines housing, business space and fitness on the former Indola site in Rijswijk. Ridge advies worked with DEV_ Real Estate on the development. Commissioned by Ridge, Omega investigated how the parking facility could serve the different user groups.
The advice includes a revision of the parking demand and supply assessment and design, a management and business plan, and an operating appraisal. Shared use, access management and the allocation of responsibilities were developed together.
