Markus & Franka tender
Omega worked for Dura Vermeer on the parking and mobility assessment and reviewed the garage design for the Markus & Franka tender in Zoetermeer.
The project
For the Markus & Franka tender submission on Markt and Frankrijklaan in Zoetermeer, Omega investigated parking demand for cars, bicycles and mobility scooters. Shared mobility assumptions were also incorporated.
Omega also checked the car park design against NEN 2443 and developed points for optimisation. Omega provided substantive feedback on the tender submission's mobility section as well.
