The project
Willigen Partners developed a residential proposal for a site on Vijfhoevenlaan and Kasteellaan in Raamsdonksveer. Omega investigated parking demand from the existing uses and the new residential programme.
The parking demand and supply assessment compares calculated demand with planned capacity. The report was prepared as supporting evidence for the municipality and information for local residents.
