Garderen
Omega investigated parking demand, traffic generation, access and road and junction capacity for Garderen West.
Car and cycle parking research for a green residential development, with surveys covering school activities, church services and evening use.

Wonen op de Tuin is located on the former Veerman nursery site and along A.P. van Neslaan in Boskoop. The development combines different housing types with a public park, greenery, water and recreational space.
For the development partnership of Kroon & de Koning and Ruimtemaken, Omega investigated parking demand and options within and around the site. Existing public parking spaces were inventoried and occupancy was surveyed at representative times.
The study considered school activities, evening use and church services. The results were incorporated into a parking and mobility plan with an assessment for cars and bicycles.
At an earlier project stage, Omega carried out the parking study for Bébouw Midreth. The later work was prepared for Kroon & de Koning and Ruimtemaken.
Bébouw Midreth
Kroon & de KoningOmega helped the development partnership of Kroon & de Koning and Ruimtemaken secure planning approval and permits for Wonen op de Tuin in Boskoop. Through thorough research into parking options within and around the site, they contributed to a green, garden-like environment.
We found this a very positive collaboration.
