Omega combined a parking and mobility analysis with parking facility design, visitor circulation and an operating model for SugarCity.
The project
SugarCity is a site with industrial halls and a variety of public uses. During events, visitor volumes and peak demand are key considerations.
Omega worked on the parking and mobility assessment and the layout of parking spaces, circulation, entrances and exits. Visitors, staff and logistics were considered, together with the handling of visitor flows at peak times.
An operating model translated the layout and use of the parking facilities into a financial and operational concept.
