Omega assessed Borneohof's mechanical parking system and investigated options for retention, replacement and conversion to a conventional garage.
The project
The Borneohof owners' association requested independent insight into the future of its mechanical parking garage because of faults, its technical condition and maintenance needs. De Alliantie is involved in the complex as an owner.
Omega assessed the system technically and functionally and investigated retention, replacement and conversion. It prepared a proposal for a conventional garage within the existing structural envelope, reusing the entrances and exits.
Following the initial advisory phase, Omega is involved in further design development, preparation of the works, the permitting process and project coordination.
