Housing with care on Hogeweg

The project

The development studied on Hogeweg in Rossum combines care accommodation, a medical centre and housing. Omega investigated parking and traffic issues under separate commissions for Herkon and Kubiek Ruimtelijke Plannen.

For Herkon, the parking and mobility assessment considered the different users and visitors. For Kubiek, Omega investigated access options and traffic generation, including their relationship with the neighbouring Appelgaerde development.
