The project
Urban Villas is located in Elzenhagen Zuid in Amsterdam-Noord. The development by AM and Blauwhoed comprises four residential buildings with a shared underground car park.
For AM, Omega assessed the car park's functional design against the traffic and spatial aspects of NEN 2443. Omega examined parking bays, aisles, the ramp, bends, columns and headroom, among other aspects.
The assessment was documented in a report. Based on its findings, Omega advised on design optimisation.
