The project
Het Nieuwe Hout involves the redevelopment of a former care facility on Architect Duikerstraat, with a range of housing tenures and facilities.
Omega substantiated parking and mobility through an assessment, appropriate standards, shared mobility and attention to facilities for bicycles and mobility scooters.
The traffic analysis covered traffic generation, access scenarios, the capacity of the surrounding road network and junction flows in relation to a future high-quality public transport route.
