The project
The car park beneath the Don Bosco complex serves residents, shops and facilities around Osdorpplein. For MRP, Omega investigated user groups, competition and opportunities to improve use of the car park.
The advice connects subscriptions and marketing with day-to-day car park organisation. Omega described management roles and developed an operating action plan.
