The project
For the conversion of Van Beethovenlaan 69 in Voorschoten into housing and care uses, Omega prepared a parking demand and supply assessment on behalf of Pure Properties. The assessment is based in part on drawings and programme information provided by Studio Schaeffer.
Omega compared the previous and proposed uses, investigated offsetting existing demand and using nearby parking spaces, and assessed the on-site layout against NEN 2443.
