The project
The commission for Hotel Okura focused on the outdoor areas, parking, mobility and the arrival of guests and visitors. The analysis covered guests, staff, taxis and suppliers.
Omega analysed traffic flows and users and developed design options in functional layout plans and sketches. The parking arrangement, circulation, spatial layout and logistics were investigated.
A management and business plan was also prepared, covering practical implementation, logistics and operation of the parking facilities, with indicative costs.
